1. Consent
By creating an account on Reality International you consent to this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of this policy, please do not use our Service.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly: name, email, password (hashed), date of birth, gender, country, phone number (optional), headshots, self-tape videos, profile bio, personality quiz responses, show preferences, and application materials. We also automatically collect device information, IP address, browser type, pages visited, and usage analytics through first-party logging.
3. How We Use Your Data
We use your data to: operate and maintain the Service; match you to relevant casting opportunities; share your profile and applications with casting producers and production companies; provide AI coaching features (script generation, headshot enhancement, practice tools); send transactional emails (account confirmations, password resets); improve our matching algorithms; generate anonymized analytics; and comply with legal obligations.
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services: Stripe for payment processing (see stripe.com/privacy); DigitalOcean for hosting infrastructure; OpenAI for AI-powered coaching features (text generation only — your data is not used to train models). We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
5. Cookies & Tracking
We use essential cookies for authentication (session tokens stored securely in localStorage). We do not use third-party advertising cookies. We do not use tracking pixels from Facebook, Google, or other ad networks. Analytics are collected through first-party server logs only.
6. Talent Release & License
By creating an account and acknowledging the Digital Release during signup, you grant Reality International and its casting partners a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use your submitted materials (profile data, headshots, videos, applications) for casting purposes as described in our Terms of Service.
7. Data Sharing With Producers
Your profile and application materials may be shared with verified casting directors and production companies through Reality Command (command.realityintl.com). Only Reality Pro subscribers ($9.99/month) have their profiles visible to producers. Free users remain hidden from producer searches.
8. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Inactive accounts (no login, update, or payment for 6 months) may be permanently deleted as described in our Terms of Service. You may request immediate deletion at any time by contacting realityintlapp@gmail.com. Backups are purged within 30 days of deletion.
9. Age Verification
Our Service is intended for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18. If we discover we have collected data from a minor, we will delete it immediately. Users may be required to verify their age for certain casting opportunities.
10. International Data Transfers
Reality International operates from the United States. If you are accessing the Service from outside the US (including the EU, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, or South Africa), your data will be transferred to and processed in the US. By using the Service, you consent to this transfer.
11. Application Assistance — Not Submission
Reality International provides tools to help you create, draft, and refine casting applications and self-tape videos. We do not submit applications to shows, networks, or casting agencies on your behalf. Each show has its own application process — some are managed directly by networks, some through casting agencies, and some through third-party platforms. It is your responsibility to locate the correct submission channel for each show you pursue. Reality International will guide you to the appropriate platform, but final submission is always completed by you.
12. Extras Finder — Third-Party Platforms
The Extras Finder feature surfaces background roles, extras calls, and paid gig opportunities curated by Reality International. To apply for these opportunities, users are directed to free third-party platforms appropriate to their country — including Mandy.com (UK/Ireland), StarNow (Australia/New Zealand), and iCasting (South Africa) — or to a precision Google search to find current openings. We deliberately avoid platforms that charge talent to apply. Reality International has no control over listings, availability, or casting decisions on these platforms.
13. Elite Cast Pool — Producer Access
Reality Cast Elite members who record an introduction video and opt into the Elite Cast Pool may be discovered by producers browsing for talent across any show or genre — not only the shows the member has applied to directly. Producers accessing Reality Command may view Elite member profiles and introduction videos and may choose to make contact. Reality International does not guarantee contact, callbacks, or casting outcomes from this visibility.
14. No Guarantee
We do not guarantee selection for any show, callback, or compensation outcome. Reality International is a casting resource and application-preparation platform — final casting decisions are made solely by production companies and their casting teams.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing realityintlapp@gmail.com or using the Data Export feature in your Profile. EU/UK residents have additional rights under GDPR including portability and the right to object. We respond to all requests within 30 days.
Limitation of Liability
Reality International is not liable for outcomes of casting processes, third-party decisions, show participation, or any decisions made by casting producers or production companies based on information in your profile.
Changes to Policy
We may update this policy periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email and/or a prominent notice on the Service at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
